Olson Park for the development of an unnamed drug store at its meeting Tuesday, March 5. The council unanimously approved selling a total of about three-quarters of an acre of Floyd B. Olson Park and an adjacent municipal parking lot for $100,000 to McShane Development. The sale is subject to a purchase agreement, a mutual redevelopment agreement, rezoning and legal review.
